Swiss national Mr Parli was the first to open a calisson «factory»! The Parli company is one of the oldest calisson factories and you can visit it easily as it is right in the middle of town! It’s great fun: shoulder to shoulder are piled almonds, candied melon, wafers – in short, everything that goes into these delicious treats: all there for the tasting! The Parli company also specialises in candied fruit: the look on your children’s faces when they see whole melons swimming in sugar is a sight for sore eyes!
