Calissons du Roy René
You’ll know all there is to know about «calissons» at the end of this tour: from grinding the candied fruit and almonds to packaging the finished sweets, you can follow the whole process. But be careful: although children do find the tour interesting, don’t plan to take a whole gang of them. Just one child per adult because this is a production site, with «dangerous» machines. What’s more, try not to go wearing sandals in the summer – the floors are slippery and sticky (thanks a lot, sugar!).
