This is Aix’s Fine Arts Museum, considered very accessible because it has an extremely wide range of works of art dating from an equally wide range of periods. It is also a great family museum because every age-group can find something of interest: little ones like the sculptures, big ones love the paintings… The museum runs educational workshops for 5-8 year olds and 9-12 year olds during school holidays, which combine creative workshops with getting to know the collections. The introduction to the collections can be in a variety of languages but the workshops are in French only.
