If you happen to arrive when bottling is in process, the children will love having a go at making the machines work! And it’s great to learn all about making oil or wine along with the children! Another thing worth remembering is that if you get a chance to visit at grape-harvest time (starts around early September) or olive-picking time (end of October – mid-December) you really must go and have a look!
