Decorated horse and cart, in honour of St. Eloi, patron saint of goldsmiths but also of blacksmiths, which is why he has a festival here. Since the 15th century, the festival has included the blessing of a cart decorated with wheat, oats, charcoal and thistles, in honour of local farming tradition. Gardians, traditional costume and dance enthusiasts, funfair, Camargue (bloodless) bullfights (sometimes called «Rosette Races»).

To celebrate the introduction of the irrigation system that enabled market-gardening to be pursued in the area, a cart is decorated with fruit, vegetables and flowers and there is street music and bull-fighting type games (with real bulls!) etc.
